Is there a team for the French translation of Maniadrive?
If not, how to proceed for translating Maniadrive?

ManiaDrive "trunk" already supports i18n, and currently French, Spanish, Dutch and English are available. Since no release was done since 1.2, there's no "official binaries" on the download page with this new feature.

I've added a german language translation some time ago, dutch people could understand it a bit too I think.

The current ManiaDrive disk image for Mac OS X supports and includes all of the latest language files available.

I'm so bad at foreign languages ... I've just realized that Dutch and German are not the same :/ Sorry ...
