Well i'm exporting a car model with around 3900 polygons and the final tri files has 136 MB!!!!
it's one of the models of the game (you know Xfennec).
Why this behaviour?

How many lines ? (wc -l file.tri)

For TRI files, number of lines = number of vertices + 1.

i have deleted it. Anyone worked.
I maybe have forgoten to follow some previous steps. Should i have to make something with the mesh before i can export it?

Just be sure to use triangulated meshes (CTRL+T). I can try myself to see what's the problem with the .blend, if you want.

Well. I have send you the file. Also i have re-exported the tri mesh and after a
wc -l cochepoliciacompeltolod1.tri
i get
2438393 cochepoliciacompeltolod1.tri

I don't know why is exporting so bad...

Strange ... Are you using triEXP-B2-36.py ?
Blender version (2.41 here) ?

Note : There's a few troubles with wheels, multiple texture loading ( coche2-b.tga.001 for example) and the mesh is not triangulated. But great car ! ;)

version problem solved, but still pink textures.
I send you the textures. Maybe you can discover the problem.

well i'm trying with other car and looks fine.
Even i have added reflexion effect and runs great.
But the car is too much faceted, like if no mesh smoothing(gorouding) be applied.
I think that the others cars, like clio.tri and fiesta.tri have smoothing activated,right?

Yep. "Normal smoothing" can be done in raydium_modler with F8 key (F9 restores original normals). You can preview the result in the modler, simply turn on lighting (/light on) and move it down or up with PageUp/PageDown and your mouse.
