Raydium 3D Game Engine

I think that, as the english block, an spanish block could be added in the main web of raydium.
The contect could be (translating/adapting the french block) like this:

I let the "media" link point the the "regular" english page, since I think it can be hard to make this page alway up-to-date in every language.

Yes, something very basic. But it seems to work
