Is raydium able to read BVH file?
If not, anyone know if there any free BVH reader?

Hello,

Raydium "only" support .tri file, wich is a raydium specific file format.

There are import and export script to use with blender.

The good way is to try to read whatever you need with blender and then export as .tri file.

It seem's that blender can import .bvh file, so you just have to export.

Try this and report troubleshoot if needed.

have a nice day
Ouille

BVH is a motion capture format, and yes I did use blender and sucessfully exported it.
Im just thinking maybe it would be good if my model using the motion capture data so it can use the storage device efficiently.

We are in the final steps for adding Cal3D support in blender (it's just a matter of time). Maybe you would like to convert your bvh file into cal3d files.

I wrote a bvh reader to extract all the value, but have not tested it on a model.
The size is about 30 kb. The source is on assembler, so if you need it, I will make it as a dll.
