First the application goes fullscreen and then the screen remains black forever. Also the cursor goes to wait mode.

Could someone tell me why this is happenig?

I'm using the newest Windows Raydium SDK , on winxp ,P4 3.0ghz,1GB RAM, Radeon 9800 (on latest drivers)

I dunno which application is behind "raydium_appli", but perhaps it's just downloading application data from Internet ? So you just to launch the application and wait ...

Another good test would be to use the BAT files of the SDK: compile all (there's a BAT file for this, can't remember the exact name), enter the "bin" directory and run a simple application, like "willou.exe" for instance: you'll see what's what in the console.

Thanks for the response. I feel so dumb. Yes, it was downloading data from the repository hence the long waiting time. I didn't notice the console window because of the full screen mode.

Btw the mysterious app was mania drive

Perhaps should we switch the raydium_appli from ManiaDrive to another non-fullscreen application, to avoid such issues. What's your opinion, ouille ?

Hello,

In fact raydium_appli is a real surprise, it's the last application tested just before sdk release ...

So this time it was maniadrive.

Ok for next Sdk i'll put test6 or something like this.

Have a nice day.

Ouille.

Funny, dunno it worked like that :) Another option would be to use the "--window" option in project properties, to be sure that the application always runs in a window, whatever that application is.
