I curious about Raydium. There seems to be not so much activity in the forums these days.

Is Raydium still active?

I'm would like to use Raydium in my iPhone game, but the licence is GPL, I normaly stay away from "viral" licences.

Are there commercial games made with Raydium in the iPhone App Store?

Regards.

Hi,

It's true that activity is currently quite low on the project, but Raydium and all side projects are still maintained, and I've no plans to stop all this :)

Your other question is a bit tricky and can be answered in two parts:
a - Raydium is release under a double license : LGPL and BSD. You chose. The benefit of BSD is that the project is compliant with commercial projects, and a few of them were already done with the engine. No issue here, but ...
b - Raydium on iOS is not ready for production, and is far from it. We use too many tricks and hacks to believe that an application will be accepted by Apple validation. All projects currently done on iOS were on "unofficial" devices, if you know what I mean :)

Thanks for answering so quickly.

I'm looking forward to see a stable release on the iOS platform.

The demos on the front page look as good as those from other open source engines.
