Your other question is a bit tricky and can be answered in two parts:
a - Raydium is release under a double license : LGPL and BSD. You chose. The benefit of BSD is that the project is compliant with commercial projects, and a few of them were already done with the engine. No issue here, but ...
b - Raydium on iOS is not ready for production, and is far from it. We use too many tricks and hacks to believe that an application will be accepted by Apple validation. All projects currently done on iOS were on "unofficial" devices, if you know what I mean
